Privacy Policy

PeaceSpeaker is built local-first and privacy-first. There are no accounts, no cloud storage, and no tracking. This policy explains what information the App handles, what is stored, and what is shared when AI features are used.

The following data is created and stored locally on your device using on-device storage (SQLite): your rehearsal transcripts, per-line verdicts, feedback reports and scores, skill levels, badges, progress, XP, and preferences. This data never leaves your device, and no account is required. Uninstalling the App or clearing its data will permanently erase this information.

When you rehearse, request coaching feedback, or generate a custom scenario, the relevant conversation content (your transcript or scenario description) is transmitted to the AI provider to produce a response. This transmission is made through a server-side proxy that holds the AI key; the proxy relays only the content needed for the request. We do not use your content to train the AI model, and we do not retain your conversations after a response is returned.

The App may request microphone access so you can speak your lines. When you use speech-to-text on Android, your speech is processed by the device's native speech recognition service. If you use the App in a web browser, speech may be processed by your browser's web speech service. Audio is used solely to transcribe your line and is not recorded or stored by PeaceSpeaker. You can always type your lines instead and revoke microphone permission at any time in your device settings.

PeaceSpeaker Pro subscriptions are handled by our payments provider and billed through the app store (e.g., Google Play). Payment card information is processed and stored by the app store, not by PeaceSpeaker. We receive only the entitlement status needed to unlock Pro features on your device.

PeaceSpeaker does not include analytics or advertising SDKs, and does not collect usage analytics, advertising identifiers, or any personal data. We have nothing to sell and no profile to build.

The App requests only the microphone permission, used exclusively for the optional speech-to-text feature described above.

The App is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Because all data is stored on your device, you control it fully. Use Settings → Erase all data within the App, or uninstall the App, to permanently delete everything.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the latest revision is shown at the top of this page. We will notify you of material changes through the App.
