Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PeaceSpeaker mobile application ("the App") and related services. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

PeaceSpeaker is an AI-powered rehearsal studio that lets you practice difficult conversations against a simulated persona. You can use preset scenarios or generate your own, rehearse by typing or speaking, and receive scored coaching feedback. The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Your rehearsal transcripts, feedback reports, and progress are stored locally on your device. PeaceSpeaker does not operate an account system and does not store your data in the cloud. Because data is local to your device, uninstalling the App or clearing its data will permanently erase it. You are responsible for backing up anything you wish to keep.

Persona responses, feedback reports, model responses, and generated scenarios are produced by an AI model and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. They are provided for practice and coaching purposes only and are not professional advice. PeaceSpeaker is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, psychological, or professional advice. Do not rely on AI-generated content for real decisions without independent verification.

You agree not to use the App to plan, rehearse, or facilitate any illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive activity. You may not attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or misuse the underlying AI system, bypass Pro paywalls, or interfere with the operation of the App.

The App offers a PeaceSpeaker Pro subscription that unlocks additional scenarios, features, and difficulty tiers. Subscriptions are billed through the app store you purchased from (e.g., Google Play) and governed by that store's terms. Subscriptions may renew automatically; you can cancel or manage your subscription in your app store account settings. Refunds are handled by the app store, not by PeaceSpeaker.

The App, including its code, design, branding, and content, is owned by PeaceSpeaker or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the App except as permitted by these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate or reliable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PeaceSpeaker and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the App in the preceding twelve months.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will indicate the date of the latest revision at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
